We would like to say a huge congratulations to our very own Learning & Development Manager Tom Furber who today was commended for the brilliant work he completed as part of his CIPD.
Tom completed his CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) in 2017 as part of his ongoing development in the Learning & Development department at MarketMakers.
Today we welcomed Jill, Director of Busec who presented Tom with his own copy of Learning & Development Practice in the Workplace. This is recognised as the definitive textbook for anyone studying the CIPD Level 3 & Level 5 Foundation L&D qualifications. As part of Tom’s CIPD, he completed some great work on ‘Continuing Professional Development’. This has since been recognised and subsequently published in the latest edition of the book. Well done Tom!
This is a rare achievement for someone completing the programme and is highly commended within Human Resources and Learning & Development training.
