#MondayMotivation with Jack Williams!

We had Personal Trainer Jack Williams in the office this morning helping the MarketMakers team to build their motivation to always strive to ‘Be More’!
Alongside the weekly morning circuits training session that Jack is running for the team, he delivered a motivational and goal-oriented growth mind-set plan to the office to kick start our second half of the year.
Jack began the morning reflecting on his journey to health and well-being, which was fuelled from the negative and closed mind-set he had as a university student. He then told the team about the ways he overcame this stage in his life through a change of attitude and the determination to set goals and hit them.

As he works as a Personal Trainer from 6am every morning, Jack took us through his daily routine which helps him to accomplish everything that he wants to from his day.
- Wake up early every morning.
- Write in his ‘best self’ journal.
=Write 3 things to be grateful for
= Set daily, weekly, and yearly goals
= Write his to-do list for the day
- Review his goals and to-do list daily/weekly to maintain a goal-oriented outlook.
As the second half of the year commences at work, Managing Director Tom James is focussing on our personal development and setting goals in order to achieve everything that we want from 2018!
Jack is both a testament to what can be achieved from a positive mental attitude, as well as a firm believer in the importance of both reaching and constantly updating our goals in order to maintain a strong personal, physical, and mental well-being.
