South Coast based MarketMakers, are celebrating the fact that “MarketMakers business school” has been awarded “Staff development programme of the year” by the Learning and Performance Institute for its continuous focus on the empowerment and development of staff.

In what has been confirmed as the most contested award category of the 2013 Learning Awards, MarketMakers beat finalists that included Accenture, Centrica and McDonalds Restaurants to the top spot.

The awards are of the biggest celebrations of Learning & Development achievement in the UK and the winners were announced last Thursday at a gala held at the Dorchester Hotel, London.

Collecting the award alongside Henry was Head of Learning and Develoment Steve Cass.  Steve who plays a key role in running the business said “This prestigious award really means we have an astonishing and effective training programme for everyone within MarketMakers.  I have always felt we have a world class business school and now to be recognised for this is fantastic”.
