We have always believed in the importance of training. Since the Business School was developed it has brought a surge of new skills development in the company, encouraging each employee to progress within their career- creating an atmosphere of aspiration, self-belief, motivation and enthusiasm.

In 2012/2013 the MarketMakers Business School won ‘The Learning Awards; Staff Development Programme of the Year’ beating of competition from multinational companies.

In 2013, the Business School was endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (http://www.ismm.co.uk/), meaning our staff now get certified qualifications.
